Hello.
In general, it depends - it comes down to how does each mod add or modify items and technologies in game, but, in general, this mod should work fine. However, it cannot reduce prices of items or technologies, that are added in the "final fixes" stage of mod loading by mods that are alphabetically after this one.
I've quickly tested with the mentioned mods:
Sea Block (& Sea Block Pack - Official) - works fine and makes stuff cheaper.
Krastorio 2 - works fine and makes stuff cheaper.
Space Exploration (+ all SE* mods) - works fine and makes stuff cheaper.
Note: These overhaul mods seem to make the game mode challenging, and this one goes against that. Just keep that in mind.
