Looks like a really cool mod! But it feels a little cheaty... It seems to work just like barrels except you don't need any barrels.
I would feel like it was less cheaty if it also required plastic and was like a big plastic cube filled with fluid/gas. Then the plastic was burned away at the end (it produces more pollution)
That way you can use barrels and manage empty barrels, or just use plastic and burn it away at the end. I would play that!
Also it would be good if there was a description, maybe with an image.
