it is a fairly heavy mod (80MBs, where most mods are 10kb-4MB max), so it's 20x larger than 99% mods, the only other mods that match it in size that i know of is Yuoki railways, dectorio, darkstar utilities HD version, and endgame combat (20mb), so only 1/4th its size. It uses ogg files, which should run on most computers fine, but if most of the other mods you run are the utility mods that weigh in at 74kbs, yes, this mod will tax your system more than what you are used to. RSO can also see fps/ups drops in 10-20 range while generating. how you have your computer set up may be a factor, but it could just be that this is a fairly large mod in comparison to most.
