It seems that if this mod is installed and changes are made to some other installed mods, the mod has a non-recoverable-error.

In this instance, I had a save game where I had only messed around inside the blueprint sandbox.
I noticed that it would be impossible to craft pumps because its recipe was calling for an ingredient that could not be crafted (copper pipes)
I edited Bob's Logistics' files and simply removed the recipe that adds copper pipes, as well as changing the copper-pipe ingredient in pumps to pipe.

Of note: This also happened before when I hadn't done anything like that, but had simply added or removed a couple of mods.

There's not specific steps necessarily. Just have your mod installed, start a game, play for a little bit and save.
Modify, remove, or add another mod then open the save. The crash pops up.
