This pack doesn't seem to work, because Space Exploration is incompatible with many of the Sea Block mods (mostly Angel's and Bob's) which this mod requires. So Space Exploration doesn't load, which means this mod doesn't load, which means no sea block at all.
I am working with the Space Ex team to make this mod work with the 0.3 versions of Space Ex. In the interim you can use this mod with the 0.2 versions of Space Exploration, though I'd recommend just waiting since the 0.3 version adds a bunch of really cool new stuff.
