I cannot unlock the laboratory 4 because it requires the science pack material but to have this one you have to unlock the laboratory 4

but so many others research have the same problem look "material science pack" need material science pack for unlock him ^^ or rocket silo and others.... :/

Yeah something changed in the last few weeks that seems to have rather thoroughly broken the mod. I'm trying to figure it out.

The temporary "fix" for this issue is to change a startup mod setting in ScienceCostTweaker called "Connect science packs" that you need to turn off.
