Industrial Revolution 2 changes the technology name for Solar Energy, so there's no way to unlock Solar Lamps if both mods are installed. EDIT: The solar energy technology for IR2 is "ir2-solar-energy-1."
Thank you for letting me know the name of the technology. Mod version 0.1.9 should now have support for Industrial Revolution 2.
I've tested it with just the two mods and it worked, so let me know if anything else doesn't work.
