As far as I know (I haven't really played the game in a long time), it should work with them. The mod just looks for all kinds of logistic and construction bot prototypes and scales their graphics during the data stage, so it's rather basic.

However, if you do find that there are problems with other mods for some reason, please tell me! I'll try to fix them once I know about them.
