High Resistance Regenerating Walls
I am not sure why, but this mod causes my game to stagger or pause for a moment every 10 or 20 ticks.
Hey! I had the same problem, didn't know it was this mod though. I fixed the issues and uploaded a new version here: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Shield-Walls-Redux. None of the features are different except for the lack of stutter.
