Original SeaBlock updated to 2.0. Unofficial fork of KiwiHawk's Sea Block (MIT), fixed to run on Factorio 2.0 with current Bob's (2.1.x) and Angel's (2.0.x). Also adds a stone-based pipe recipe.
Yes I ran into this too; you need it to create the gardens; by the time you have gone down blue science enough to get the red algae there is no point in having it.
