Original SeaBlock updated to 2.0. Unofficial fork of KiwiHawk's Sea Block (MIT), fixed to run on Factorio 2.0 with current Bob's (2.1.x) and Angel's (2.0.x). Also adds a stone-based pipe recipe.
For me, technologies such as Logistics and Lamp are not available to enqueue even though all prerequisites are complete.
Installing the optional mod fixes it.
