The original Sea Block pack included CircuitProcessing and SpaceMod, but while you have uploaded the 2.0 fork of SCT, you have not uploaded the 2.0 branch of CircuitProcessing. The 2.0 dev branch of CircuitProcessing is under the MIT license, but the SpaceMod fork has no license attached.
I will not comment on how wise or unwise it may be to upload these in their current states, only mentioning that they are missing.
