Adds a tool to scan an area with the navigation satellite, and an option to let it provide vision in remote view.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
What defines a "satellite" in space age? I have launched multiple rockets into space already but when I attempt to use the tool it tells me I must first launch a satellite into space.
That would be a bug. I forgot that satellites don't exist in SA.
This should be fixed in 2.0.1 - launching any rocket will now suffice.
