SE & 5Dim Compat fix

This simply removes the next-upgrade functionality from the beacons (Upgrade Planner), removing the crash between 5Dims and Space Exploration. Mainly made for me to play with friends.

Sorry for the late reply, but thank you! Unfortunately it breaks/removes the upgrade planner function from the beacons, but it's better than having no game at all :P If I see either mod make a fix for this, I'll probably archive/take down the mod as it wouldn't be needed by then.
