Rotate Quickbars

Adds the ability to rotate quickbars up or down, as well as to increment or decrement quickbars. You choose which quickbars. You choose which presets to include.

I am not able to get this to rotate past quickbars 1-4. I have the keyboard shortcut set up , and I can get it to decrement x amount, but it never goes through any quickbars beyond 4, even if I set it to 1-10

I'm unable to reproduce the issue. Can you be more specific about what setting values you have set?

This works for me:
- In Controls, have a key binding for Increment quickbars and Decrement quickbars.
- In Map Settings > Mod Settings > Per Player...
- Affected On Screen Quick Bars 3,4
- Increment/Decrement Range 3-10
- Increment/Decrement Step Size 2

I have the keybinds set to u,i to test. The settings are 1,2; 1-10; 1 and when I press a keybind repeatedly the top two quick bars just switch between from 1 and 2 to 2 and 1. I have a ton of mods on so this is probably a conflict?
