Some disambiguation is required here, as you're not saying which rockets are part of what rockets.
Do you need rocket ammunition to make rockets in the silo? Do you need rockets to make explosive rockets? Is there some kind of new rocket added that splits in to multiple rockets, but takes multiple rockets to make?
These are only a few of the potential questions I can think of.
Most importantly, What does this mod do? What recipes are changed, and what are they changed to?
If it takes rocket ammo to make rocket ammo, then the whole mod makes no sense because how do you get the first bit of rocket ammo, and how do you make more?
Bottom line, there's a lot more to say. Especially if it's a troll mod like that potato mod.
