When biters die with the compatibility patch enabled, their drops are automatically marked for pickup by construction bots. On small servers with low biter count, this isn't really an issue, but on larger ones the robot logistics aren't sustainable and the UPS takes a serious hit.
Could you add an option to disable automatic pickup on biter drops?
