Resource Rocket

Adds new rocket technology that can be used to get resources from space. Make different types of rockets to get different resources. Also adds fuel cell, which is used for rockets and can be used for anything else that uses fuel. See mod page for more details.

after 0.1.1 Solid Compressor no longer have recipe to decompress space iron, copper and coal ore

hmmm something else is happening, i tried loading 0.1.0 after updating to 0.1.1 and still dont have those recipes anymore... :(

I have to load an older save to get recipes back.

I think I might have fixed it. I put up a 0.1.2 quickly with just that fix, let me know if it does or does not work
