Entities from this mod https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Geothermal cause an unknown resource entity message to pop up.
Also, disabling the option in the mod settings doesn't stop the message from appearing.
You'll have to wait for Geothermal to be updated for 1.1. I changed the info.json of Geothermal to test it in 1.1 and it works with the newest version of Resource Labels.
