I actually had a recent use case for this mod (I needed to change all sprite scales by 2x and knowing what was a sprite would be helpful), and tried updating it to 2.0 for about an hour. It seems like there are bigger errors than I would have thought, so thought I would leave a request for it to get updated if you happen to have the time.
