I like this mod, have been using it but one thing I noticed is the Kovarex output stays the same while the input is reduced, so you basically print nuclear fuel out of thin air combining this mod with the Kovarex enrichment process.
IMO the mod should either not affect this one function or there should be a separate option to enable/disable
