If there is an option to increase time and required materials in the same way, this mod may help get around the problem of assembly machines not working at full capacity.

If an AM burns through its buffer of two craft-worths of ingredients in less time than it takes the inserter to collect an armload and place it into the AS, it will have intermittent starvation. Think a speedbeaconed setup being fed by belts, it takes time for an stack inserter to pick up 13 irons plates off a belt, but waits until there are only 4 plates left when making gears. Machine eats up all the plates in a fraction of a second and has to wait for the next load to be collected and deposited.

If we could increase the recipe in the same way, then the buffer stays larger and you have more time to fill it! I've been trying to find a mod that allows this for a while, I hope this one can do it!

Note, this would require output of recipe to be scaled in proportion to other factors.
Basically
Normal: 2 Iron Plate-> 1 Gear Wheel / 0.5 sec
Doubled: 4 Iron Plate-> 2 Gear Wheel / 1 sec
Times 10: 20 Iron Plate-> 10 Gear Wheel / 5 sec

Added ability for settings to be greater than zero and less than one, so you can have the divisor set to 0.5 or 0.01 and increase time or ingredients. Still affects all recipes.
