The base quality cap in the game is 6553.4 with your mod I am able to get it to 13106.8 and would like to make it go higher for another mod that adds infinites quality tiers but I cant figure out how to get it past this cap.

I'm not sure I understand the question. I didn't modify any caps in this mod?
There are 10 qualities total in here which is way off from any caps.

Sorry, Ill try to clarify. When I have your mod installed I can have the quality bonus on an assembler up to 13106.8 as the max increase. Once your mod is removed it is halved to 6553.4. I found another mod that adds quality tiers but the bonus stays capped at 6553.4, Im not exactly sure how but from what I can see your mod increase the cap

I have no idea why this mod would cause this.
I know that quality has some strange math behind it since it uses fixed point values and sometimes loses fractions.

Hrm. Alright, well thank you. I'll see if I cant figure out why this is happening. Its really nice so it would be great if I can figure out how to replicate it.

It might be a factorio issue related to changing the next_probability of a quality, since not only are new qualities added but original qualities are edited.
