yes, BUT you still have to manually mine it. ghosting doesnt make it easier and bots dont do the mining. this just lets you plop it down. no hassle
actually, bots do in fact mine up landfill. the only point here that's even valid is the ghosting, and to be frank that's not even a big deal blueprints can handle that bit.
