Getting a crash with this and all Planets pack enabled

"Failed to load mods: Error in assignID: technology with name 'lamp-post' does not exist. It was removed by planetaris-hyarion.

Mods to be disabled:
• planetaris-hyarion (1.3.10)
• ProductivityResearch (1.3.1)"
is there any way to manually disable certain tech to fix this by myself?

Error happens cause "lamp-post" gets registered in original mod, then overridden by my mod and then gets removed by planetaris -hyarion.
I can just put the planet mod into hidden dependency so it loads before my mod. Should be an easy fix for me.

Error is fixed in Version 1.3.2. I added both "planetaris-hyarion" and "virentis" as hidden dependency cause they both had similar issue.
