Display global pollution information
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Is this really Global or is it just Local pollution levels, because the EVO GUI displaces near by pollution levels and when I install this mod, it seems to displace the same local pollution levels as well.
