Would you consider adding "(?) IndustrialRevolution3" to info.json? To force IR3 to load first, allowing PoleRanger to modify some of the poles.

do you mean also support poles introduced by IR3? or just load mod after it?
does IR3 change pole ranges too?

IR3 mostly renames the poles (does change the big pole to 32). But I am not asking to support them directly, just to add IR3 as an optional dependency. IR3 does touch the poles, but after PoleRanger. Making IR3 an optional dependency, allows PoleRanger to modify the poles it currently supports, which is enough for me.
