Changes the StopgapNukes recipe to use plutonium-239 from the PlutoniumEnergy mod instead of uranium-235.
Plutonium energy is now officially supported in Stopgap Nukes. You can use the mod settings menu to configure whether or not the uranium-based recipes are still active in addition to the plutonium recipes.
