this seems to be the V3 of an Outpost Planner. there's seems to be 2 now. also a BluePrint string Solution is also Available in the forums
Ya it always makes me wonder if i should download a mod where the person was too lazy to even tell wtf it does or link to wtf it does.
This is not Outpost Planner. This is a dependency required by Outpost Planner for 1.1.
I 100% recommend not downloading / installing mods if you don't know what they do.
