Adds various small data tweaks for adjusting base values of items. Tweaks are adjustable via Mod Settings and most start off at factorio defaults.
I like the idea, but I wish it was more along the lines of, ~50% brightness, and leave the flashlight/headlights in. As it is, it largely negates the effects of night.
