Adds various small data tweaks for adjusting base values of items. Tweaks are adjustable via Mod Settings and most start off at factorio defaults.
If enabled, all the concrete in the currently held blueprint changes when rotating the blueprint, making it impossible to use blueprints with concrete in them.
Yeah, which is why its off by default :)
