I don't know how I can 90 degree rotate dollies (Combiner)? All happen is, that they turn 180 degree, as the Vanilla state can do. The entity is standing free, have enough wire space, the player is not in the way.
you can rotate placed combinators (not dollies) with NumPad Del (.)
NumPad Insert(0) is for rotating rectangle based entities, NumPad Delete is for regular rotating of all entities that support rotation.
