The images in the "Information" tab of the mod page here on the mod portal are broken because the image links are to the github page, not the direct gif url. (example https://imgur.com/a/GEDNb)
You need to link to the "raw" links, example:
https://github.com/Nexela/PickerExtended/blob/master/web/picker-blueprinter.gif
should be
https://github.com/Nexela/PickerExtended/raw/master/web/picker-blueprinter.gif
