Every time I try to place an underground belt the game throws an error after the last update to base version 0.15.13

"Error while running event Fast Replace Underground Belt::on_built_entity (ID 6)Fast Replace Underground Belt/control.lua:72: attempt to index field 'neighbours' (a nil value)"

Yup! I just came here to report the same. Loader Redux has a similar issue with underground belts.

not sure if this error is related to picker or the loader mod, but i get this when i place a loader in the game:

"Error while running event LoaderRedux::on_built_entity (ID 6)
LoaderRedux/snapping.lua:127: bad argument #1 to 'pairs' (table expected, got nil)"

Seems to be fixed after a picker update, thanks!
