Space Exploration has a feature called the Navigation Satellite, which lets you view other surfaces remotely and perform LIMITED manipulation. It does not let you pick up and place items by hand remotely, but it does let you edit recipes, circuit settings or place ghosts for bots, etc.

Picker Dollies works in Navigation Satellite mode which makes it rather more cheaty than usual. It would be more balanced if Picker Dollies did not work via the Navigation Satellite, the same way that it does not work in vanilla if an entity is out of the player's reach.
