Set the default hotkeys to ctrl+wasd instead of shift+arrow keys

It is much more natural to move them that way, it does not force the player to release their hand from the mouse.
Maybe there should be some discussion/voting regarding this change.

I changed mine to just the arrow keys. This way I can point at the thing I want moved, and if it needs to go a longer distance then I can run along with it.

As the keybindings are customizable I see no reason to change them.
