Hey, do I need to make a new world for belt path highlighting to work?

Because I installed the mod and it works in a new world but doesn't in my current world.

Pipe highlighting (other mod I know, but still) works fine -> that one also has the keybinding showing (ctrl, shift + H)

Does the Belt path highlighting feature have a keybinding?

I found the option to enable the path highlighting, it is on the right of the toolbar on the bottom (no keybinding?!)
