b Crash with Krastorio 2 miners - Fixed

Game crashes when I try to use Krastorio 2 miners:

Error while running event OutpostPlanner1-1::on_gui_click (ID 1)
OutpostPlanner1-1/gui.lua:544: attempt to index global 'state' (a nil value)

Should be fixed in 1.2.3. This probably isn't specific to K2.
It happened when switching out miners (of the same size) when the old blueprint also had modules configured.
