Hey there, loving the new look for the mod! Quick question: would it be possible/feasible to add an option to the settings or something where the drill outputs directly to a belt/ground/storage/etc? Like how normal drills work, and how the drill used to work. I use it in tangent with a lot of other mods, especially the Memory Unit mod where I can just output right to infinite storage, and right now I'm capped out at the speed of how fast I can unload the drill.

It's possible, but not really feasible at this point. The guts of being rotatable are more or less gone from the drill, from data files to animations. Hopefully one of the other big drill mods floating about will work for you; I know several have been updated to 2.0.

couldn't you just have it move the output without rotating the drill? Or have a static output on the bottom?

i loved this mod years ago, but half the fun was seeing it fill up an express belt on its own.

I did some work and figured out how to add a startup toggle to switch between drills with chests and drills with output, rotatable as well. It's only stable when the option is toggled on (no chest, yes output), but with a bit more work I can probably get it stable on both modes. I can send you the code if you'd like.
