If you place 2 rails directly in front of the outlet, you can put a cargo wagon on it. Attention, hitting the pixel is not that easy. The wagon is then filled by the drill!
This wagon can then be unloaded with 10 stack inserters.
6 arms opposite the outlet, and 2 each on the sides.
In this way you can fill 2 blue transport belts with just one omega drill!
