i Health and pickup time balance

Drill got 7500 health points, which is even more than rocket silo has. Maybe set it to something more reasonable like 2100? or even 1650.

Placed omega drill pickup time by hand is very long, while drones pickup drill instantly. Can you please set pickup time to at most 2 seconds?

The health is precisely equal to 25 drills, which is how large it is. The pickup time is also precisely equal to 25 drills, and given that this is a late stage item, it's half there as a joke, but I like the joke.
