several mod authors seem to have only updated the version number in Json and not even once started factorio afterwards before publishing the new 0.17 version to see whether factorio would at least start ...
this mod is new and no 0.17 update, but it also was one of those that stopped my factorio to start up.
but before i could disable all such mods and try again, you seem to have fixed the problem with the update to version 0.17.1 of this mod.
