I've been told that this error at startup I get may be an issue on this mod as it appear to have no compatibly issues otherwise with the Industrial Revolution mod.

Please update this mod to be compatible with IR ... thsi mod it's very much need with IR and it is not working (see op).

I have no issues at all running IR and Waterfill. Also @Alyssa333 your image does not work so I can't check what error you received.

This mod is compatible with Industrial Revolution.

Looks like there was a freak interaction between Alien Biomes and IR in combination with Waterfill that caused an issue. It should be resolved now in 0.1.4.

i can confirm i was using both IR and Alien Biomes, infact i had issue.
