Science labs require transport belts and without science labs, you have no victory condition

You can craft them, but not build them ;)

The very challenge I've been planning. Just finished a nearly matching run - succumbed in the early game from my first distant copper deposit... Found this while looking for a mod that would stop belts being placed at all. Robots!
