progress reset after game update

each time the game made an official update all progress will be set on zero
3rd time since 1.0 and really anoying
can you take a look? or a possibility to backup?

Were you updating the mod itself or the game?

ps I'll talk to a few friends about this and see if they get resets. I have had it reset once when I went back to .18 from 1.0 to test something.

OK, I did ask one of the devs about this...this is what you need to do:

They'll have to make a bug report on the forums and provide a log file there etc

That is about all I can help with.

sry my english is not very good so not really clear what i have to do
is there no possibillity to make a backup of the mxl file? so i can restore it if this happens again

Bug reports are under C:\Users\Mxl\AppData\Roaming\Factorio and should be factorio-current.txt or factorio-previous.txt.
