Adds more character logistics slots (Max. 4 rows - 24 slots). Reworked since 0.15, since the change to the science packs
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.

Will this work in addition to the 30 Add'l Logistic Slots that I have running that currently gives me 66 slots (11 rows of 6)?
