first of all: nice to have more color choices, and nice that the blue signal color now matches the blue lamp color, but it also has a bad side effect for me:
eg when i make blueprints and want to be as compatible with vanilla as possible (not using any mods that show signs, etc), i sometimes misuse constant combinators to display texts, by putting down a block of such combinators and setting 4 signals in each of them. all the signals A-Z and 1-9 are shown with a light blue background, the exact same color of the light blue signal, and thus the light blue signal can easily be used as a space character in such texts. too bad that all the spaces in such texts now are dark blue with your mod.
but in the first place: why did they add light blue/red/green signals, and made the lamps bright red, bright green and dark blue? light blue signal should produce some lamps with a brightness similar to the cyan lamp (which i now use when i need a clearly visible blue lamp), and vanilla blue lamps look more like the third christmas color besides red and green :-)
this is the original problem of the above conflict, and not your mod, and i have no idea myself how to solve this little problem.
