Uh, okay, so... what changes does this mod actually make? I'm amazed at how many people have installed this having no idea what it does.

I had typed out a reply and apparently never hit send, so it never actually posted, but Johnson is right, all it does is increase the limit for how high you can set the maximum levels when you make a world, and I believe those are the default values, but I'm not sure if I changed those or not.
