Adds mining drones and mining depots | Modified to require research but be otherwise better for early game.

New Ores and resources as well as machines.
Can the drones mine underneath structures? For example, if I build a base on top of an ore patch, will these guys mine the ore without having to deconstruct the base?
I havn't tested, but I believe they will respect the collections of things built in the world.
