I'm not sure that its my mod that gives you that error. Zinc plate is from Brass Tacks. Try removing my mod and see if it still crashes. If it doesn't could you send me your mod list? It could be that Rusty's Locale and Brass Tacks are not compatible.

Brass tacks loads up fine it just turns into a different error and I think this error is the root cause.
